Hello Mike, This question is not really related to me, because I'm trying to resolve situation with missed orders as a third-party person. Anyway, here is my point of view on technical support: 1. ChalkElec sells open-source products, you can get schematic and Gerbers from their website to better understand how to use it in your project. 2. They also offer a lot of How-To and test images that allow to check product functionality. 3. Every product has warranty and can be returned in case of any problem that can't be solved on customer side. 4. Also, I know that Ace do his best to answer technical questions that are mostly related not to hardware, but to specific software issues on customer side.
