Gerald, it seems getting no answer from CCo is a common experience. We have tried on phone, cellphone, fax, email and not received any reply since 8 weeks.As we had bought a four digit number of units in the past and about to repeat the same, we had expected a better service. Also no communication on outstanding units not delivered and RMAs >From our own production we know that customer service tends to suffer when >things run hot, but we still believe we deserve better. Appreciate your hint to CCo or any advise what we may do better. Andy
