Hey,
unbind/bind doesn't work in the latest kernel versions. Instead you can
use this to restart remoteproc and load the firmware:
echo 'stop'>/sys/class/remoteproc/remoteproc1/state
echo 'start'>/sys/class/remoteproc/remoteproc1/state
