1. I'm interested in hearing opinions about other computer programming
languages and how they compare to Perl.
2. Of the few "advocacy" lists/ forums/ blogs I've read, I put more
credibility into the posts made here.
3. My e-mail is on an IMAP server, I have DSL, and my keyboard has a
Delete button, so OT posts don't inconvenience me too much.
4. That said, OT posters should keep it short and be prepared to go
off-list.
5. "You get more flies with sugar than you do with salt." This list is
supposed to be friendly. Ever tried a Java forum?
