by your own then I would recommend (K)ubuntu! In any
case you can use Bengali interface along with English.
You haven't mentioned whether you use dialup or broadband
connection. In case, you are on dialup then check your modem
whether it has linux driver!!

No! They are desktop environment. They come in bundle with
almost all linux distributions.

ps: i live in dhaka,bangladesh.there are not many
linux distributions available in the market.
