In Bangladesh the word অলাভজনক is widely in use. For NGO's they use অলাভজনক প্রতিষ্ঠান and that is why we can stay with it. About the spelling of Software I remover the ্ beside ফ because Microsoft made a conjunct of FaTa. So that looks very wired. Better we remove the ্ from it. Also news papers of Bangladesh writes সফটওয়্যার and I can show you sample if you want to.
