Does your IT policy allow for users to install and run certain applications. I would also check the IT policy settings.

Her OS level on the Storm is 4.0.0.136. This is the error that she gets below: I would like to enable visual voicemail but I get a message that says "Required permission for Visual Voicemail cannot be set probably due to IT policy restrictions, Phone needs Allow, Please consult with your system admin." We've tried: * Resending Service Books * On her phone.
