The BES Admin needs to check the Application Policy applied to that handheld, which you can find in the Software Configurations area. Her OS level on the Storm is 4.0.0.136. This is the error that she gets below: I would like to enable visual voicemail but I get a message that says "Required permission for Visual Voicemail cannot be set probably due to IT policy restrictions, Phone needs Allow, Please consult with your system admin." We've tried: * Resending Service Books * On her phone.
