Just copy your PC's copy of device.xml to the server and re-index your
packages. There is a RIM article on how to do that and how to clear BAS
cache of packages.

I just had a user come to me with the same issue! But my BES gives this
error in the Software Config Status:  GetHHCodePackages reported:
HHCM_Device_Not_Supported. Upgrade your copy of device.xml
