If you just want to monitor the hardware, then you probably don't need to worry about the Blackberry services running on top. Most commercial monitoring solutions I have run across have provisions for Windows 2003 server built in. That means you configure the SNMP service on your BES (with the proper community names) and point your netMon server to the BES and tell the netMon that it is a 2003 server. After that you should have basic CPU, Memory, and hard drive monitoring.
