I had this issue before and the mapi32 and cdo files were on different
versions - 
Make sure the bes has the same versions of these files as your exchange
box

Also just a quick thing to check -- the bes admin to make sure the
wireless synch hasn't been disabled for some reason

... breaking BES again?  I have noticed appointments entered on the BB
not syncing to Exchange again.  The last time this happened, it was
because an Exchange update caused a couple of DLLs to be a different
version on BES and Exchange.
