I searched the drives instead of the registries. I found that both mapi32.dll
on the exchange server are the same as each other and also the same as the one
in Program Files\exchsrvr\bin on the BPS server. However, the one in
windows\system32 on the BPS server is different.

Need to confirm cdo versions, but could what I found with mapi32.dll on BPS be
the culprit?

If it were me I'd search the registry for mapi32.dll on both machines to see if
the files in use match. There's probably an easier way to do this though.

I believe there is a KB on resolving mapi32.dll errors.

Wouldn't cdo.dll be the one that would be causing calendar issues?

There are two copies of mapi32.dll on BES (BPS), one in c:\windows
\system32, and another in c:\program_files\exchsrvr\bin. They are
different versions. The version in c:\program_files\exchsrvr\bin is the
same as the versions on the exchange server. The version in system32 is
slightly older. The file exists in both places on the exchange server
as well, but they are the same version.

Could that be the problem? Should I update the version on system32?

Syncing is working Exchange->BB, but not BB->Exchange.
