This will force email messages to refill his device. You've already restarted it I'm guessing, but when I see messages missing it's usually because device memory ran low and the device began removing old messages to save space. Out of memory issues can be caused by pictures/video without a microSD card installed or an app that has gone bonkers. I wouldn't expect this to occur on a bold considering how much memory they have... I have rebooted the device and tried the reconcile command without any luck. Is there anything else you can think of which could get these emails to appear on his Blackberry.
