I've used "reload user" from the manager to force a rescan of the mailbox.

I'd do the service book delete and un-delete first, that someone else
suggested 1st.

Will this affect his blackberry? He has is so customized with downloaded
apps and such. I want to avoid rebuilding it from scratch

Activate his account on a different phone, then activate it again on his
phone. This will force email messages to refill his device.

You've already restarted it I'm guessing, but when I see messages missing
it's usually because device memory ran low and the device began removing old
messages to save space.

Out of memory issues can be caused by pictures/video without a microSD card
installed or an app that has gone bonkers. I wouldn't expect this to occur
on a bold considering how much memory they have.

Subject: [Bes-admins] Question Re Emails Not Showing up on blackberry

Hi Everyone,

I have a senior executive who is complaining there are approximately 5
email messages in his Outlook mailbox from June 2, 09 which are not
appearing on his Bold Blackberry. I have rebooted the device and tried the
reconcile command without any luck. Is there anything else you can think of
which could get these emails to appear on his Blackberry.

Thanks
