If the device has been wiped then it should be prompting for a New Password.  
If he's set one, or if he's forgot it, just have him continue to enter 
passwords until it wipes again and allows a New Password.

Once he's in the device, re-activate.

I have a user who lost the BB and I sent this command.  Now they have it
in hand.  How do I get it unlocked again for them?  What is the password
to unlock?  The device is remote, I do not have physical contact with it
and the user does not have DM.  BES 4.1.6 and Exchange.
