I have been with Sprint on my personal account since the mid-1990s when they first entered the Philadelphia market. They have frequently made random and unwanted changes to my plan. This is not a recent problem. They are a real PITA.
My work account is with Verizon. That said, Sprint is about half the price for comparable plans in this market, and Sprint's data speed far exceeds Verizon's.
