I'm new to the group, so forgive me in advance if I'm not 100% up to
speed on the rules or etiquette for this list.
 
If you're using a BES or BPS, check to make sure all of the Blackberry
services are running.  Most send/receive issues I've come across are
related to the Blackberry Router service or the Blackberry Controller
service.
