We do this as well.  Our firewall rules are based on bandwidth as
opposed to censorship.  Ironically, using the browser which goes through
our corporate firewall /increases/ bandwidth usage, so we don't want
that.

I created an IT policy which I called Open Browser.  In the Browser
Policy Group in the IT policy I renamed the MDS browser, Firewalled
Browser, and changed Allow IBS Browser to True.
