Here is the official BES KB article on how to do this procedure. Just read it carefully and it should work. http://docs.blackberry.com/en/admin/deliverables/8322/Import_new_SSL_cert_for_BAS_WD_432582_11.jsp
Here is my thread on the blackberryforums - as to why I cannot get mine to work I'm not sure. http://www.blackberryforums.com/bes-admin-corner/208170-bes-5-replacing-ssl-certs.html If you have any questions - just send then way. I got really proficient at using the keytool commands. If you forward an external IP address to the internal BES address you can access the pages like https://blackberry.mycompany.com/webconsole/app https://blackberry.mycompany.com/webdesktop/app and just make a public DNS pointer for blackberry.mycompany.com to an IP address your firewall responds to and use a NAT to forward any requests coming in on that IP using port 443 to the bes :) Todd Martin | Sr. Network Administrator Newmar Corporation | www.newmarcorp.com<http://www.newmarcorp.com> 574.773.6510 direct [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . I'm getting annoyed with the admin page pop-up... Would a trusted cert have any other use besides just the admin page? thx
