Didn't the trial come with full support? I have a faint recollection of that

Nay – it’s technically only a 60day trial, but I’m using it as a production
server, and going to activate it and go live once the time comes around and I
get my PO from purchasing.

Subject: [Bes-admins] Wrong messaging server for new user

I know I sent this out before – but this is more urgent now. I posted on
BBforums too. Just need some quick answers…

I am moving users from a Bes 4.1.6 box that is attached to EX03 to a Bes5 box
that is attached to a EX07 server. I remove the user from the old Bes, migrate
the mailbox from 03 to 07, open outlook and test a send / receive to make sure
the messaging is going through, and then attempt to add the user to the Bes5
box, but it keeps pulling up the old mail server.

I've bounced all the services, I've restart the box all together, I've checked
replication on the GCs / DCs and that happens within seconds of moving the
server (obviously because outlook finds it's way to the new EX server) But it's
like the Bes - just takes it's lonesome time - and after about 2hrs or so of me
adding / deleting / adding / deleting / adding / deleting, and checking the
users messaging server it finally bounces over to the correct one and I can do
an enterprise activation.

Problem is I'm in a pinch right now, and I need this to happen ASAP, I have
sales people in here for just the remainder of the day and I need to move them
all over to the new server. I can’t be waiting around till the BES decides it’s
ready to change over.

HELP HELP!!!
