All, One of my BES 5.0 users forgot his password. I used the BAS to set a new password and lock the handheld, but the new password never got applied to the device. When I tested this with my own Blackberry, it seems that the new password only got applied when the handheld was unlocked in the first place.
Can someone confirm this is the correct behaviour / by design / not a bug etc? I can see why it would this way, so no problem really. Thanks Richard
