Are they deleted from the deleted items folder? If the message is
removed from the deleted items then the blackberry will not recognize
the change properly

the Reconcile Now command from the Messages app on the BB? Also, if

I have a user that he deletes his email from outlook and does not
delete from BB. His wireless recon is on and already wiped and
reactivated the BB. Any advice?
