I have BES 4.1.x (MS Exchange 2003 on different server) and occasionally a Blackberry will stop getting new messages. Rebooting the phone does not help. Either I have to restart the Blackberry server or the Dispatcher service. I used the MessageFlow tool and can see what looks like attempted sending (they don't get the to phone) then I will see a delivered message.
How should I go about trying to find the cause of this? Or is this common a problem?
