I'll try your alt/cnfg idea.

As for duplicated service books and services, I don't think so, but it's 
certainly possible.  Sounds like a wipe/reactivate may be the trick to fix 
that, right?

What happens if you try the alt cnfg trick in the EA window ?
- In EA window: ALT  cnfg
- In the new window: 3rd line: wireless synch to No - >save.
- In EA window: ALT  cnfg
- In the new window: 3rd line: wireless synch to Yes - >save.

This should restart the EA after some min..

Or do you you maybe have duplicated service books/services?
