My BES v4.1 crashed yesterday, fortunately I had a new BES v5 already spun up
and ready to go, I just hadn't started moving people on to it yet (other than a
few of us in IT).

So I added everyone else on to it - about 100 users - and sent them
instructions on how to activate. I'm getting messages back from them saying
that they went to start the activation process and there was an icon saying
that activation was complete, they did some test send/receive and all is good.

Has anyone else seen this? i.e. hard down on the old BES, add them to the new
BES and they self-activate?

Color me impressed if that's what really happened.
