Hi all I've just had to fail my BES 5.0.1 over to the standby. From around 0600 today, I've been seeing these errors in the event log:
Log Name: Application Source: BlackBerry Messaging Agent bes50 Agent 1 Date: 16/02/2010 12:07:54 Event ID: 20482 Description: ResolveNamesMAPI ResolveName(1) succeeded, but list does not contain EntryID for all items This is couple with reports of people not being able to send email (but they can receive) on their device. Also, they were being handled by agent 1.
