Hi Will,

Yes, I've already done this, I'm afraid. Also, these users are in the
same IT Policy.

Thanks,

This may seem like a silly suggestion or you may have already tried
this. However when my users complain about this (the once or twice that
they have) all I had to do was pull the battery out of the phone and let
it boot back up and the problems did not continue.

If you already tried that - have you tried reactivating the users in
BES?

Do you have different IT policys for different users?

Are they all on the same Exchange server?? The same mail agent?

Subject: [Bes-admins] Emails received up to 3 hours late on BES

Hi Everyone,
?
I have a BES 4.1 SP 6 MR 7 in an Exchange 2003 SP2 environment. I'm
encountering an issue where a handful of users are receiving mail up to
3 hours late. They receive the message in outlook at a certain time,
then receive that message on their blackberry unit 3 hours later.
?
There are no errors or anything showing up in the event viewers on
either the BES server or the Exchange server.? I?ve looked through some
of the BES logs ? router, synch, and dispatch.
?
I don?t see anything in them that jumps out at me. Has anyone else
encountered this?? I have a mixture of 8330 Curves and 8350i Nextel
Curves on the system. My carrier is Sprint. The devices experiencing the
issue are 8330 curves, all of which are updated to the newest OS.
?
Thanks in advance,
?
?
