Hi guys,

The main reason for delayed messages is hung MAPI threads.
Which usually caused by Exchange rejecting or not sending UDP acknowledgments.

Out of experience, I would say its caused by either AntiVirus that does a scan
on components level OR the Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator
service.

Two more things you can try,
1. Uninstalling MS05051 hotfix which has changes to RPC that affects
communications between BES and Exchange.
2. Recreating MAPI profile.

I will check for a KB and let you know if any is found.

Kindest Regards,
