Our blackberry admin is out and I'm doing my best (which isn't very good - this isn't my primary responsibility or even my secondary) to fill her shoes. We have a client with the JVM Error 102. I'm in the BES software with the device connected. I have the proper OS installed on my workstation. I'm in the proper groups/policies to be able to do this. When I right click and tell it to load it says...

This isn't super urgent because I've given the client a replacement but I was hoping I could get this finished before she comes back Monday. Any suggestions?
