Thanks again for your reply.
The problem is indeed only present on the bes 5 server, the old server works
fine.
Will consider reinstalling (I rather not).

Is this only an issue on the Bes 5 server? Will a user search on the
old server return users from all OUs?

If this issue is only present on the BES 5 server, you may want to
consider reinstalling. Also, make sure you have the newest version of
BES 5.x.
