Hi Chris, Thanks for you reply. When I try to create a user via user -> create user the only users I can select are the users from one single OU. This is also clearly visible when I leave the "search fields" empty and press search. 64 users from 1 OU are displayed and no users from any other OU.
Any more ideas? In or environment (Exchange) going to create users allows us to add a user using their email address. I'm trying to get a better understanding about what you are seeing. - Chris On Wed, Apr 7, 2010 at 9:22 AM, Mark <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi, > > We are currently setting up a new BES 5 server to migrate our users to. > > When we use the web interface to add a new user to the new BES only 1 sub > organizational unit is shown (for example domain.com). > > Therefor we cannot add any other users to the BES then from the OU > domain.com while we have 100's of OU's. > > Does anyone have an idea as to what may have caused this? > > Kind Regards, > > Mark > > _______________________________________________ > Bes-Admins mailing list > [email protected] > http://www.dataoutages.com/mailman/listinfo/bes-admins > http://www.dataoutages.com > http://www.dataoutagenews.com > RSS Feed: http://feeds.feedburner.com/Bes-admins > --------------------------------- > Bes-Admins mailing list is sponsored by Dataoutagenews.com. > http://www.dataoutagenews.com > _______________________________________________ Bes-Admins mailing list [email protected] http://www.dataoutages.com/mailman/listinfo/bes-admins http://www.dataoutages.com http://www.dataoutagenews.com RSS Feed: http://feeds.feedburner.com/Bes-admins --------------------------------- Bes-Admins mailing list is sponsored by Dataoutagenews.com. http://www.dataoutagenews.com _______________________________________________ Bes-Admins mailing list [email protected] http://www.dataoutages.com/mailman/listinfo/bes-admins http://www.dataoutages.com http://www.dataoutagenews.com RSS Feed: http://feeds.feedburner.com/Bes-admins --------------------------------- Bes-Admins mailing list is sponsored by Dataoutagenews.com. http://www.dataoutagenews.com
