I did nothing. I moved a mailbox to 2007 and the Blackberry continued to work. I kid you not.
However, since you mentioned OMA, it would be remiss of me not to say that OMA does not exist in Exchange 2007. Activesync does exist, of cours, but you should use them in the same breath as they're totally separate beasts.
