Local distribution groups do not sync with 4.1 BES. They do with 5.0 I believe

Ours are available via lookup as well, that’s not the
issue. When you do a lookup it is a live connection back to your Exchange
through the BES, our GAL/DL’s are not synced down to the BB.
The OP asked about syncing local distribution lists.
A later post commented about syncing the GAL/OAB. My
GAL/OAB does not sync, he indicated that his do and I am trying to determine if
they really do sync or if they are only available via lookup.

bberry, if it is in the gal you should be able to do look-up on it... is it
global or universal dl????
