Deleted out one of the users having the issue and reactivated. Here's what
they report now.

Ok I did the activation but I still have the icon with the briefcase and red
arrow that says "Activation-Incomplete" when I go to it but once I click on it,
it says "Your email address, {emailaddress} is now enabled."

I am receiving emails like I was before. So does that icon eventually go away
or is the activation really incomplete?

I had this issue after using Enterprise Transporter to migrate users to a new
BES 5.0 server. I reactivated them and it stopped the messages.

We're on BES 5.0 and since we've upgraded, I get random reports from users
saying they'll get a new activation email on their phone even when I've not
made any changes on the BES.

Any idea what might be causing this issue or what I can do to keep it from
happening?
