I've had the same issues, however only with Storm II users. It seems
the contacts folder from Exchange are taking FOREVER (2 days in most
cases) to fully sync down. Sure fire way to tell, look at the BB itself
and see if the Enterprise Activation icon is still on the desk (of
course a couple users I've had are savvy enough to 'hide' icons, so keep
this in mind while checking. Hope this helps

Thank you,

Mark

Deleted out one of the users having the issue and reactivated. Here's
what they report now.

Ok I did the activation but I still have the icon with the briefcase and
red arrow that says "Activation-Incomplete" when I go to it but once I
click on it, it says "Your email address, {emailaddress} is now
enabled."

I am receiving emails like I was before. So does that icon eventually
go away or is the activation really incomplete?

I had this issue after using Enterprise Transporter to migrate users to
a new BES 5.0 server. I reactivated them and it stopped the messages.

We're on BES 5.0 and since we've upgraded, I get random reports from
users saying they'll get a new activation email on their phone even when
I've not made any changes on the BES.

Any idea what might be causing this issue or what I can do to keep it
from happening?
