How does policy affect encryption? As I understand it, encryption just has to 
do with messaging services and policy is how corporate/IT policies are applied. 

Basically I'm looking for a way to do the reverse or removing the policy. I had 
an idea, the same way we can install a blank policy by changing a registry 
setting for desktop manager (or maybe it's for BES, I don't recall) and then 
sync a  policy.bin file. In theory this should work with an exported policy 
file.
