Delete him has a BES user and also delete all his BES info (1 option) and then 
re-add him and reactivate. It will pull all his old email up to whatever your 
setting is..

Subject: [Bes-admins] Synching email/calendar after getting a new phone

Had a user get a new phone today.  Went through the process of sending a new 
activation code and he re-activated on the new phone.  He’s complaining that 
only “new” email or calendar entries are synching to his phone and he can’t see 
anything from before the activation this morning.

Is there any way to synch items that existed previously?
