I've used this to wipe contacts - normally it will do a reload so not sure what it will do if there is no longer a bes: Goto your contacts (on your bb), click the blackberry button, select options.
Hit the blackberry button again, and click show keyboard (this step only if you have a storm) Type RSET (nothing will show up until you're done) A popup will appear talking about wiping your contacts. Select OK.
