When content protection is on, it doesn't just wipe the data, it scrubs it and
overwrites everything. That takes a lot more time since it's a secure wipe.

We tested it out and did not see a big hit on performance. What we did find was
when we reformatted the device without removing the protection first, the
process took hours to complete.

Hi,
Just wanted to poll and see how many people enable device content protection
for their company device.

Is there any drawback to having it enabled/respect to performance?

Thanks
