I have a BB user who is experiencing symptoms in Outlook. Mail that he reads and deletes in Outlook is showing up duplicated in his deleted items folder, one read, one unread. Mail that he reads and deletes on his Blackberry only appears once in the deleted items folder, read.
I have Googled this and the problem seems to be shared by others, but without a useful solution. The problem seems to coincide with moving this user over to BES 5.0.3 from 4.1.7 The problem does not seem to be affecting other users.
