Hooray: Help, even Context Sensitive Help, works now in OS X (at least in 10.8.3, which I'm running)! Many thanks.
I presume that for the nonce, Release Highlights, Release Notes, and Studio > Labs on the Help menu are just supposed to bring up "!" pop-up place-holders? Now there's still a major documentation issue: how to find out what scripts and functions are available, whether built-in or from add-ons, and what the syntax and semantics of those functions are. Just like used to be documented!
