A lot of nice features have been added. I have tablets with 4.0 and others with 4.2 and there is a huge difference.
Unfortunately not all can be upgraded to 4.2 Splitscreen is an important feature. Even keyboards are different. Most of all I see reliabiliy and speed differences. The 4.0 tablet does not keep the time right and is poor on battery usage.
