Apk updated to use optional external editor, the right most 2 icons in editor's toolbar for invoke external editor and reload file.
Please install any text editor from google play first. This workaround is not perfect but hopefully more user friendly than the current Qt editor. Please post feedbacks whether jqt/android can work on Android 4.3/4.4 or Atom based devices.
