jhs is server and a browser is the client. png are stored inside
~temp of server so that a browser cannot delete and will not
wory about png files in server.  

jhs (the server) cannot know how long the client will need the
pngs so that jhs does not wish to delete those png.

only the jhs admin (you) can decide when to clean up the
~temp folder.

An alternative is to send binary data of bitmap over the net and
let the browser to render it in canvas using html5. But not all
browsers can support this.
