Hi Chris,

The Ctrl+/ would work fine for me, but I wonder about the Ctrl+Shift+/ since 
that is effectively Ctrl-? which could be a better shortcut to some kind of a 
help function. That and the fact that when I want to block comment something I 
would just highlight the lines to comment and Ctrl-/ as a group. That allows me 
to selecting add or remove comments selectively in the testing phase. Wrapping 
a block in Note would not allow that granularity.
