I hadn't thought about Ctrl-? being used for help, and am not sure if this
would be typical. In J, the F1 key is used for help (with all modifier
combinations).

I only suggested Ctrl+Shift+/ for Note'' because I use it a lot, and do
find it a little awkward to add and remove it from a block of lines. I
suspect many people are unaware of Note'' and how useful it is. Of course
you could still block comment with NB. by highlighting a list of lines and
pressing Ctrl+/.
