Second, I tried my smoutput torture test on j.exe.

Bringing the window forward did not trigger the bug because when
I clicked on the ijx window it did not come forward.
However, when the start menu overlapped the window and then
went away, that triggered the "no-update" bug.
Third, I was reminded of a long standing issue: Find in Files
does not show which physical directories will be searched,
and does not support obviously searching potentially interesting
directories (such as temp). [Perhaps searching Main would
search everything, but I still sometimes find myself using grep
from the command line.]
