Correct me if I'm wrong, but that "send a report to Microsoft" means
that the crash occurred in one of Microsoft's libraries (for example,
mscorlib.dll)?

To debug, you'll need a debugger installed. For example, if you have
visual studio installed, and you've run through the steps to configure
your machine so that it can debug, you'll get the option of using it
to debug if you select (if I recall correctly) cancel on the crash
dialog.

Anyways, there might be something else wrong with your machine
(overheating, virus problems, memory problems, power problems,
etc. etc.).
