On Windows and Java Windows
top dots are not covered with rectangle, bottom dot covered.
On Mac both Jdk 5.0 and 4.02,
top dots are covered and, bottom not covered
As a result, all rectangles are shifted one pixel up on Mac.
It is visible in Configure | Box position.
Maybe somebody else can verify. Here's a standalone script.
