typo: it should be msvcp71.dll and msvcr71.dll

Vista required this as well.
I saw another application (firebird database, to be specific) include
and install these two files- msvcr71.dll and msvcr71.dll in the same
folder as the binary, so that users do not need to download or install
window update. IMO this is preferred where internet access or privilege
needed to install window update is not available.
